Look at this $200 gift card I purchased online for my employee. Do you see anything on it that says I can only use it at the San Jose location? Because my employee lives by the one in Westlake Village about 6 hours south of San Jose. The Westlake Village restaurant will NOT honor the gift card and The Grill will NOT REFUND MY $200. Very poor customer service. Shame on you.
