American Food The Grill on the Alley is located in downtown San Jose, in the Fairmont Hotel. It serves a variety of American dishes. The food was quite tasty, but I think it was a little pricey.
Ellcellent steaks, great service Traditional steakhouse with large portions. Amazing staff. Good wine list. Located in the Fairmont hotel. Good size bar and a great place to meet for drinks and dinner before the theater.
Look at this $200 gift card I purchased online for my employee. Do you see anything on it that says I can only use it at the San Jose location? Because my employee lives by the one in Westlake Village about 6 hours south of San Jose. The Westlake Village restaurant will NOT honor the gift card and The Grill will NOT REFUND MY $200. Very poor customer service. Shame on you.

I can’t get reservations- I have a party of 8 for a special occasion. I filled out the online form, left an IM and tried to call. Forget it!
