Following in the tradition of the original Los Angeles location, The Grill on the Alley is not the type of establishment to break new culinary ground; however, it is optimum if you want to be assured of a good, classic meal. The interior resonates with a feel of “old money”, with a lush use of woods and stunning black and white photographs. A full bar makes this the perfect setting for sipping single malt Scotch after a long day. When you are ready for supper you can begin your dining experience with appetizers s... read more

Service was awful. Food was okay. Reviews led us to think it was better quality. The guy who filled the water glasses provided the best service of the night and received the best tip!
I went to lunch with some colleagues. This was my first visit. I ordered the Blackened Redfish with Cream Spinach. It was to die for. Our server was incredible too. It was during the lunch hour of 11am-12pm and everything was incredible.
We dined at The Grill to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UT Dallas and loved it! The food (Kobe burger, lobster BLT, scottish salmon, steak salad) was excellent, as was the service. It might have been more festive if there were more customers (we were the only party in our section of the dining room), but we arrived at an off hour because of the timing of the ceremony (2:30 pm) and it was kind of nice to have so much attention and so little noise. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
Went there for my boyfriends birthday and everything was perfect and taste delicious. Definitely recommend to others.
Great place for a business lunch or upscale dining experience. I had the seafood salad, and it was loaded with seafood and the dressing was delicious. My second trip I ordered the chicken pot pie and now I can never have it anywhere else. It was gigantic and the crust was perfect. Excellent service both times.
