Once a German restaurant, the Greenbriar revamped its menu and renovated its space and now dishes up fancy American fare in a spacious, bright setting. The restaurant, built in 1879 as a pioneer home and general store, offers views of wild flower filled meadows, and the landmark Flatirons (The) menu features fine dining favorites, including Beef Wellington and Glazed Roasted Duck, as well as curious entrees like the Seared Ostrich Filet. Pasta and vegetarian dishes are also offered. The Sunday brunch is very popular with the ... read more

This is our go-to place for special occasions, and we have never been disappointed. Food, service, and ambiance are always outstanding. The Inn has an elegance to it, but it is by no means pretentious. You'll have a lovely time there with a date, friends, or family.
New Year's Eve events are always overpriced but they managed to deliver a good experience - but there are always compromises and while presentation was good service was slow
The Greenbriar is one of our most favorite restaurants. It is out in the country and the building is like an old formal road house. The food is spectacular and their wine list amazing. The service is the best in the front range. You are treated as a special guest and the waiters are so well mannered and informed. We enjoyed a quiet dinner and we could hear each other talk. It is a pleasure not to be drowned out by blaring music. It was a wonderful New Years event!
We'd been to the Greenbriar for brunch before, but never for dinner. There were 4 of us for Thanksgiving dinner. We all got the turkey dinner which was excellent. For a Thanksgiving feel, they give you seconds of either the whole meal or just the parts you want. You can also choose white and dark meat, or just one or the other. Everything was excellent and we all got seconds. The wait staff was excellent and we never felt like they were rushing us out to fill the table again (we were there for about 2 hours). We're hoping to... read more
Our stay at the Greenbrier was very nice however I was in charge of a 20ish person corporate retreat and conference for CIOs. This was our 3rd or fourth time hosting this event at the Greenbrier and the group there seems to never be able to get it right or know who we are. Service and Staff are very nice but I don't believe they treasure or respect corporate relationships unless you are with a Fortune ranked organization. The Greenbrier was great to experience at least once and hard to not spend a large amount of money. Many... read more
If you're on the fence about booking a stay, you will not regret your stay at world famous The Greenbrier, America's Resort. You are in very caring experienced and expert hands from the moment of arrival. Be sure to include time for several treatments at their world class Greenbrier Spa. We had mineral baths, facials and pedicures, all divine. Dining is exceptional here, don't miss it. A wonderful place for family, friends reunion, romantic getaway or a private pampering stay.
My husband and I were married at the Greenbriar Inn this past July. We had an outdoors ceremony on the cabin lawn, followed by a sit-down dinner and reception inside the restaurant. To be honest, I am a Nature-lover and had originally wished to get married on the summit - or even the side - of a mountain here in Colorado. The hike wouldn't have been fair to some of our guests, though. Also, the catering and other services for a fully outdoor wedding turned out to be much more complicated and expensive than I had expected. Wh... read more
What an amazing venue to dine. The food is Devine, the service was excellent. The patio was very romantic and the ambiance made the night.
Everything here is done first class. The dining choices were varied and all were top notch. Great activities and restaurants all in one place.
