Dont move their They don't fix anything, there are bugs and mice in the walls, have had car vandalize and they will not do anything. Had no heat when weather was below freezing they didn't seem to care that my family was freezing. Very trashed out can't use laundry mat on-site because it's gross. Rent increases with anything being fixed.
Pet Friendly I tried so many places and none of them would let me bring my dog, the said she was an aggressive breed. Parks at Granite welcomed my dog and even let me bring her into the office to meet them. Come and rent here you won't be disappointed.
Great Change This place has changed so much for the better, the grounds look better, the office staff is so much easier to talk to and maintenance is always working so hard. Keep up the great job y'all!
New Ownership and Management I was extremely pleased by how the new staff treated me during the walkthrough of my unit. The property is very clean and welcoming! I look forward to living at the Parks at Granite.
New management and ownership Things are actually getting completed now!! I have been here four years, and this is the first time works orders are completed in a timely manner. The staff is great and makes you feel at home and not like you are wasting their time, even the maintenance crew. I highly recommend this place. Lina
Infestation, package issues, no actual pool, maintenance issues First they, in all caps decided to tell us our packages would be sent back. I still have the SMS and email by the way. Now they say that it has always been policy never to tell the tenants over the phone if they have packages or not. It is nowhere in the lease and they never notified anyone of any changes. DONT DO IT Have consistent issues with the apartment and have to stay on management 50% of the time for anything to get done to fix it. My air conditioner/heater leaked for months and they did nothing for at least a month. The gym is absolutely HORRIBLE it has barely any equipment, all of it is old, a third of it does not work and the rest is falling apart. A nightmare! Management staff obviously doesn't communicate with each other. Takes forever to get maintenance staff to come and get anything fixed. Housekeeping only cleans around leasing office and community room, hallways to inside-entrance apartments are DISGUSTING & smelly! Apartments are also obviously not deep cleaned in between tenants as they're supposed to be, so be prepared to do a lot of cleaning yourself.
Good family place I absolutely love living here. I am on hud housing so the fact that they accept hud is a plus. I have a two year old daughter and she loves being able to go to the park everyday. It park and other provided activities are always clean and up to code. If ever I have a problem that needs assistance I can call the office and I know that it will be resolved in a timely manner.
