Overall, we had a very pleasant and wonderful experience staying here. Staff was more than helpful and friendly, king jacuzzi room was great, everything was to satisfactory
All the staff were wonderful, nice, polite, went out of their way to help me. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Bathroom always clean, with fresh towels if I needed them, handicapped shower was great. This is second year our group has stayed there, and looking forward to staying there next year.
This was an amazing hotel to stay in... has everything you need.. gives advice on things to do and where to go.. gives you space and privacy.. great indoor pool and hot tub... great beds, super comfortable.. very clean and close to everything... very friendly staff..best stay in a long time!!

Its a very nice clean place..whole thing including rooms..great indoor pool that you can actually breathe in!! Hot tubs..workout room..clean laundry room. Nice people..good breakfast and reasonable price. I will return
Our sheets were obviously dirty from the LAST guests. LOTS of hair on our "clean" sheets. Had to change rooms at MIDNIGHT with my 2 daughters. Denied any refund or discount. Was told my compensation was that we were given a new clean room. Really? Isn't a clean room an expectation? Never again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Zero integrity.
