Super clean and friendly staff. Smooth check in and front desk staff very informative of city's attractions, restaurants and your interests. Recommend this hotel for the competitive pricing in a family friendly city.
Hands down best hotel with best service! All of the staff was amazing, rooms very clean!! We had a bad situation occur and two staff members that was working went above and beyond to make sure we was okay and fix the issue! Big thanks to Grand Oaks, Highly recommend.!!! Also:: best pillows I've ever used, so great I went to the front desk and bought some to take home!!! ;)
