Just a great all around hotel. Nice staff, great clean rooms, awesome handicapped room for those needing one, has a great rollin/sitdown shower.
Clean rooms, great staff, convenient location. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.
Rooms are really small. Very friendly staff though, AND, they have a hot breakfast that's great. Close enough to the outlet mall to walk if you wanted to. Pool closes at 11:00p.m which is kinda silly.
This has been the BEST stay of our lives. Helpful staff, Caleb and Rebecca and rest of staff are Fantastic!!!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again and hope to see them.!!!!

Great morning breakfast. Some issues with the room (bathroom toilet seat broken) and wifi (did not work on our last day at all) but overall good.
The Grand Oaks Hotel was most accommodating and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed for the Kiehl Reunion the rooms and everything was great, you all are Awesome. Thank you again Grand Oaks Hotel.
Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great rates...one of our favorite places to stay in Branson!
We had a great stay....everyone was very nice and helpful except a man named billy....He was rude with my 2&3 year olds on several occasions. ...they are small children with big curiosity and he acted as if they were bothering him....He told my 3 year old to stop watching him and pay attention to his own doings....construction is underway and kinda chaotic but other than that it was ok
