There was no WiFi and no cell phone signal in the buildings. The front desk staff was aware of this but failed to mention either at the time of check-in. They refused to refund us our money or even offer a discount after only being checked in for 20 minutes. We will not be returning and we will be contacting the manager.
Service at this hotel was excellent. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. We were there for an Army reunion. They went out of their way to make our stay great! Everything was very clean. We would definitely use them again.
RecommendedEverything!!!! When in Branson again Grand Oaks Hotel, this will be our Go To place.
Rude staff, smirking, and snide. After checking in we decided not to be treated this way and left to a much more friendly hotel.
very nice place to stay. rooms are nice. indoor pool. friendly staff.
The room looked nice. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. If you got too close to the edge it would collapse. The jacuzzi tub did work well. The staff is why I will not be staying at this hotel again. The staff at check in were very slow and only cared about reading some note that was left. Our second night I called and asked if I could have some towels brought to the room and was told “No, you can come to the front desk and pick them up”. There were two workers at the front desk. is a very pleasant and beautiful hotel the people at the front desk was very down to earth and down right awesome.
