It was nice but not as nice as what u would think of a Grand Hotel! Alittle run down!
Beautiful historic property in Downtown Minneapolis. The staff is always courteous and professional. A great bar downstairs and an overall feeling of luxury is the Kimpton brand style. Any Kimpton hotel will be well worth your stay, I promise.
We are staying at this hotel New Years Eve, after I get done with work. I called today to verify, and ask about the pet fee's. She said their was no fee, and asked if my dogs would like a dog bed, and bowls for food and water! I was dying laughing! +1 for Awesome customer service!!
The hotel was beautiful, the room and bed was comfortable and the staff (especially Illy) went out of their way to make my dog feel welcome and comfortable, which helped me to relax! They even took her for a bit so I could have dinner without stressing out about her barking in the room! If I'm ever in Minneapolis again I will stay there again for sure!
Fantastic service - beautiful room with modern accommodations for technology - great people.
From the valet, doormen, and the front desk the staff was amazing! The room was wonderful. I could have slept in that bed for days. The hotel had everything you could need in one place. The bar in the lobby had great food and drinks. The best hotel I've been to, yet.
Very friendly staff and the free wine at 5 is perfect
