Great dentist that does very great work, but the scheduling is way off at this office, i’ve been waiting months for a single cavity, when it comes down to this specific cavity appointment my appointment gets rescheduled or something happens, i’m in emergency pain and had to switch my dentist because i physically can’t wait months for cavity fillings. Very clean and nice office, helpful and friendly and team! Called on Sunday Dr. Wang answered the phone and was able to get my daughter in this morning to fix a chipped and broken off tooth in the front, Jennifer was devastated. The dentist Dr. Baiz was so helpful and did amazing work for my daughter Jennifer Lee! Jennifer left smiling!!! We appreciate you all!! Thank you so much!!!
To start off, when I first went here for an initial cleaning, it was a great experience and the staff were very kind. My problem is when I had to get a root canal done back in early 2023 as it was probably the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at the dentist. A cotton ball was dropped into my throat mid-procedure causing me to have to lurch forward to not choke on it.
