When in for an appointment. Ask them if I couldn't pay them on the 30th when I got my paycheck the front desk said that it should not be a problem needed a tooth pulled dentist was willing to do it but somebody told her that they can't do nothing today because I couldn't pay my co-pay until the 30th. Left me in pain and said well we can call in a pain mouthwash for you. Examined me first before telling me all of this. Did X-rays and still want me to pay. That's why I'm only giving them a one star

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Syeda Huq. She pulled so hard on the side of my mouth during a filling that my skin tore. Everything I had done at Graceful Smile had to be redone by another dentist just weeks later. I would not recommend going here.

By far the worst experience with a dentist. They’re practically hungry for any penny they can access. Any minor dental imperfection is immediately considered a cavity without explanation or even examining the tooth, and of course they lie and never actually tell you that they labeled several things as cavies. Nothing is ever talked about with the patient. Left the first appointment being told I had only ONE cavity.
