Suzanne at lakeland is the best. Quality customer service, sweet and helpful. Absolutely wonderful
Sloan was excellent and very informative. He spent. Great deal of time with me evaluating my step and trying different inserts. However, the cost is high and not shared until the end of the appointment.
Ania in Lakeland store was great. She explained everything so that we could understand the process. She worked with my wife for a while to make sure everything fit correctly. We purchased the inserts today and we're hoping they work as advertised. So far my wife says they're making her feet feel better.
