I made a complaint on 7/24/22 about getting my refund of ****** back because they could not take of my needs. I originally contracted with them on March 30, 2022. I door replacement. They told me they could not get replacement door, so they would refund money via Zelle now after waiting, and waiting and waiting. I gave them 4 stars, not because of door, but because I received a refund. late Manny Thank You
I had the company look at my sliders on 4/26/22 @ around 1:30 pm. The technician said they couldn't fix the problem because there were issues with the header. 10 minutes after he left the company called and told me the manager said they could fix the problem. They quoted me a price of $ 1,000.00 and they required a 50% deposit. I was told that if they can't fix the problem they would refund my deposition total.
