"Disappointed with my experience with The Glassperts. Scheduling was a breeze, but the pricing was high for the substandard work. When I expressed my concerns and threatened a negative review, the owner quickly called me to resolve the issue. We agreed on a $400 charge instead of $800, and I graciously offered $600. From the first encounter to the last! Candy answered my call on a Friday night and stayed in contact with me. She even sent me updates on the weekends! Very professional and friendly. Junior came to give me an estimate and he was able to arrive earlier than my window time. Of course Candy contacted me to see if I was available and I was. I have two sets of custom made impact glass sliding glass doors that were damaged in an attempt to break into my home. The company that sold me the doors recommended The Glassperts Sliding Glass Door & Window repair company to repair them, which I did. The technicians came to my home, carefully inspected and measured the damaged glass, order replacements, and finally replaced them. Their work was professional, courteous, and efficient. One of my dogs ran into my sliding glass door which made the door come off its track. I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone immediately.
