Wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed myself. I've owned a pole for the past two years but never really learned how to get its full use. The instructor was excellent and well coordinated. I now know a few moves and feel sexy more about myself when I'm performing for my significant other. I would definitely recommend any and all to give it a try. It's also a great way to workout. I'm sore but smiling.
