I went with 3 of my friends to try out Girl Spot's Blush class. We all were very happy with the experience, learned some great moves, and had a lot of fun! Everyone was friendly, the instructor was awesome (and had a smoking body - great motivation, lol!), and it was a very cool, non-judgey vibe.
So much fun at these classes, the girls are all so sweet and I had a blast!! The aerial class was definitely my favorite and everybody should try it at least once! :) I've sent so many of my friends here!

This place is my home away from home. I love taking all the different classes offered by the extremely talented and inspiring instructors. Each class you learn something new in a fun and supportive environment. After a year of taking classes, I feel stronger and happier all because of The Girl Spot.
This is how it is done! Liz B is a really great instructor. You can see the work put into her preparation for students. I am hooked all over again!
