I was very nervous about going to take an intro to Pole class as I am overweight but Kat, the instructor and Judy, the owner made me feel so comfortable! I plan on returning for more!!
Fun classes, great instructors! I would recommend this studio to others who want to improve their exercise routines.
We had an awesome girls night out!! Definitely planning to come back for another class next month!!
