It was awesome to find that Rolla had a great third-wave coffee shop. The Giddy Goat is an oasis for those who are true coffee lovers. The Burundi cold brew I had was very well done, and had a perfect extraction and concentration. This shop was perfectly located on my way to visit my family in southern MO, and got me through the rest of my trip. I will make it a point to visit every time I'm on my way through.
