Need your jewelry polished? They do it perfectly in about 10 mins - no having to go back for your pieces. They buy estate items as well. The friendly staff and amazing jewelry
Each time I have brought pieces in for repair the work they have done is exceptional. My most recent experience was replacing the basket for my diamond after 11 years. When I picked it up yesterday. WOW I was so pleased!! I recommend Gem Lab to anyone looking for an honest , skillful jeweler. It is a very personal experience and I learned a lot about how to protect and care for my ring . And thank you Kathy for your assistance and patience helping me pick out a lovely necklace.

The staff is excellant and do all they can to make your visit feel like they are your personal shopper.The designers are artists and will create your vision. I had my diamond and wedding band redesigned because of arthritis and the new ring make me feel so wonderful. James was a joy to work with.
