My family and I have have known and worked with the Casserino family for over 40 years. My in-laws, the Phelps family, worked with Joe in the 70’s when the Lab was in the Sibley Tower and then they opened the Gem Lab opposite Phelps Glass Studio on West Henrietta Road. I absolutely loved my experience at The Gem Lab. After having a horrible experience with a previous jeweler, The Gem Lab was able to completely redo my ring in 3 weeks. They custom made the ring to fit me and even resized free of charge because it still felt a little big. All of this was done so fast and they made me feel extremely important through out the entire process. I am beyond happy with their work and will be getting all of my jewelry here from now on.
We’ve been going to The Gem Lab for years and always leave with something we love. Paul sits down with you and we brainstorm what we want and then he finds the stones and we sit down again to finish the design. I picked up my ring yesterday and I’m so happy with it!
