I have been a customer of Gem Lab for many years. Recently my marriage ended and I no longer wanted to wear the rings I had acquired over the years because they were a reminder of what I had lost. Paul took the time to meet with me and suggested I create a new ring out of all the old ones. The result was amazing! Thank you to Paul and your incredible staff for creating a ring that truly represents me!! Out with the old and in with the new!

The Gem Lab is amazing. My fiance got my ring a few months ago and I went in to get it sized. The ladies all remembered him and his story of how he was going to propose....they remembered every detail that he told them. It is truly an amazing experience and makes this part of the planning fun and exciting.

My husband and I recently went to the Gem Lab on a recommendation from my brother in law and sister whom have been going to see Paul over several years. They suggested we meet with Paul and tell him what we were looking for and our price range.
