Jason at The Gem Gallery did an amazing job of creating a custom pendant for me! I wanted the Yogo sapphire my grandmother gave me in a ring when I was thirteen put into a pendant. He used the shape of the state of Montana I had drawn and cast it in gold and mounted my Yogo in the pendant. It turned out beautifully! Thank you!

I had a similar poor experience with The Gem Gallery a few years ago. They actually switched my stone and replaced it with one of a lesser quality. Thankfully I had the earrings insured and could prove it was not the same stone. Long story, but will never set foot in there again.
