I saw a beautiful vintage pin with pearls and YOgo sapphires on their website that I hoped to purchase and have made into a bar necklace. When I called to inquire about its availability I learned that the price had increased. Not only did the Gem Gallery graciously let me purchase at the old price they made me a stunning necklace! I am thrilled with the result and the customer service was outstanding! Thank you!!

They are very rude and very expensive. Picked up necklace that was repaired and they almost couldn't find it. After I thanked them the never said anything back. I will not use them agaim.

I recently had a priceless family heirloom piece repaired at The Gem Gallery. After nearly three decades in storage, it looks brand new. Patty helped me, and because I was nervous to leave it, she explained exactly where my ring would be safely kept when it wasn't being worked on. I have so many pieces of jewelry from The Gem Gallery that I lost count, both pre-made and custom made. I have had repairs done there and have always been treated respectfully and been impressed with the craftsmanship. I will not hesitate to continue doing business with them in the future as long as the same owners keep running it.
I just picked up a ring that Phillip has been repairing for me. He put a ton of time and love into it and I'm happy to report it came back looking more beautiful than expected. He is an extremely talented goldsmith that I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
