I had a very disappointing experience at The Gem Gallery today. We selected a ring and were told by the salesperson that it would cost $200-$300 for sizing in addition to the ring. When I went to checkout I was told the cost of the sizing would be $600 in addition to the ring. The salesperson should not have been quoting sizing costs if she didn’t know what she was talking about. I talked to Jason who I believe is one of the owners and he wouldn’t budge. Thank you for helping my fiancé pick out the perfect ring! Patty at the gem Gallery is so knowledgeable and provides a personalized experience for such an important day in our life! My ring is stunning and they helped him pick out a quality stone and band! Not only that, I had to get it resized and it was done in one day. Can’t brag enough about the quality and care they put into their jewelry, thank you Gem gallery!

Working with Brandon was one of the best customer experiences I think I’ve ever had. A lot of time and care was taken to find exactly the pair of Yogo sapphires in exactly the color and quality I was looking for. I was notified promptly of any and all progress throughout the creation of the custom ring, and all of my questions were answered in detail. They make you feel like you are their only customer. I highly recommend them.
Had a great experience! Mila helped me so much when I lost a diamond out of the setting. The repair work was gorgeous and I got my ring back quickly and better than ever. I highly recommend the Gem a Gallery for quality work and people you can trust! Thank you!
