I cannot say enough good things about the Gem Collection. I was in a huge bind and needed a same day repair for a very special occasion. Not only did Veronica Almarode (the sales associate) patiently listen while I anxiously explained my predicament - she personally walked my item up to the jeweler and had the repair done for me while I waited. Thank you so much to Veronica and the amazing jeweler that saved the day!!
