The virtual tour guide was so professional and humble about her new position as well as being able to get answers if she needed to. I love the location right behind the Whitehouse and downtown. The carpet was the only flaw but we'd still be happy to live here. The bar to sit has leg area cut out unlike where I'm from and the washer and dryer are in the apartment.
Highly recommend living here. I have lived in this building since 2022 and recently renewed my lease. The location is excellent, and the apartments are spacious. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the building staff is reliable. The manager is on-site Monday through Friday from morning until evening, and security is present at the front desk at all other times. Amazing location, great maintenance staff, friendly security personnel, and high quality apartments. Big thanks to the building manager, Matthew, for being a great help as I looked for my next apartment
The location is great; the units are spacious and have high ceilings. Management is very responsive. However, poor sound insulation and high noise levels make it hard to justify high (increasing) rent. Specifically: 1. The east side of the building is opposite to an alley that leads to Whole Foods and CVS on P street.
