RecommendedGreat service leasing agent Cynthia it’s really helpful. Property is very clean and any issues with the apt maintenance takes care of it right away . Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Please just fix the parking issue, it is out of control. For how much it costs to live here we shouldn’t have to fight for a place to park nightly. Let alone fight to park in the covered spaces we pay extra for monthly. Hire an attendant, or figure out a way to monitor the extra people not parking in the visitor or dog park lot because this is AWFUL. RecommendedI have lived here for the past 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. The staff is kind and works with your needs consistently. Tiffany is so kind and responsive and the maintenance team is always so helpful and flexible with your schedule. The fitness center is amazing and the pools are super relaxing. My favorite part about this complex is the interior features. The renovated black and white cabinets with black granite countertops are modern and cute. I will miss this complex so much!

RecommendedGreat community with wonderful staff. I've lived here for two years. Very quiet and clean. Plenty of space for my pup to run around and make friends. Maintenance team is awesome. Office staff is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to make a move.
RecommendedThis is my second time renting with Cortland apartments but Aster in Dallas offers a second mile service. Especially from the leasing office and Jay in maintenance. Besides picking up my trash at the door every morning, he also have helped me with personal problems. Such as helping me jumpstart my car and figuring out what’s wrong with it. 😅 Jay has shown initiative in his job. I’m very happy here. Me and my sister love everyone here.
