Did some paperwork with an admissions lady for my dad in in April/ May with plans to move in at the end of the summer. Started to try and call to finalize plans with admissions and I couldn’t even get a phone call back the same day after calling before office hours. After calling at different times the next day trying to get ahold of someone finally spoke to me. Recommendedjust thought people should know that this upstanding employee feels that wearing PPE out in public and staying home during this pandemic, are not important. I would not want this person near or around my vulnerable friends and family.
