High expectations for this restaurant, but only the food missed the mark. Everything was heavily salty and seasoned. The chips were homemade and complementary, which we appreciated, but they were very salty. The hamburger had a nice runny egg yolk, it was on the smaller end for patty size, the brioche bun was nicely toasted. Fingerling potatoes were heavily seasoned as well. Wow!! What an amazing find!! The food was fantastic, the drink of the day was delicious and refreshing, even the water they provide at your table is good. I would definitely come back for the food, and stay for the art. (Just kidding) The Barnes Foundation is class from tip to toe!! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
