Top Notch Customer Service!! I just had Trapper to my house and he replaced the springs and cables. I have to say that I have never had a more professional and friendly service call as this one in my life. Prices are very reasonable; especially for the fact that it put my mind at ease as we couldn't get in the garage at all (took 3 grown men to open the door). very satisfied customer The Garage Doctor responded to my call immediately, and provided a full spectrum of options to address my problem. The "doctor" has a great bedside manner, makes rapid & succinct diagnosis(s), and prescribes the correct treatment. I plan on using him again for a new building project, as well as a repair/replacement on a rental.

Excellent Service Our garage door broke last night. This morning I did a search on dexonline and saw The Garage Doctor. The company name alone caught my eye so I called and Trapper listened to my needs. He came out and looked at the garage with my husband. When I appeared, he stopped and greeted me and went over the issue with me and more. He was very polite, professional and personable. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Trapper was great! Mr Searles was recommended by my neighbor John. It is true, word of mouth is the best way to find someone good. Trapper was very honest and did an excellent job on my garage door. This door is on an old, old 1905 garage. He was honest in telling me that the spring will break soon and it did. He is coming back to fix it for sure! Don't call anyone else.

Great and Fast Service Trapper was very professional and was able to come out the same day. The cost to repair my door was reasonable and I recomend his company to anyone. It's nice to know that honest people still exist.

I got Quick Response I was impressed with Trappers quick response to my call. He first tried to help me over the phone for free. When he determined the problem was more involved he offered to come and give em a free estimate. I accepted his offer and he promptly arrived as promised. He figured out the problem quickly and gave a repair estimate which was competitive with an offer I had from Sears folks. Extremely Happy Homeowner Trapper just finished installing my garage door with new openers and I couldn't be happier. The exterior color was a perfect match to my paint. He responded to my phone calls immediately and showed up for scheduled appointments right on time. He was efficient, knowledgable, AND economical, three qualities you usually don't find together. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend him to my friends.
