The lost art of customer service My garage door spring broke on a Sunday. I called several companies and was met with indifferent and even rude service. All the estimates I received over the phone were very similar in price, but Trapper's customer service skills won him the job. Great Service and timely! On Sunday June 27th at 10:00 p.m. my garage door broke. After 2 hours of trying to fix it myself, I gave up and called the Garage Door. I have never dealt with anyone working on my garage door, so I felt lost. I went to his website and read the glowing reviews about this company. I called Trapper at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, and was able to come by yet that morning. Great Experience The Garage Doctor is very professional, experienced and friendly. He responded quickly to my call, gave me an estimate similar to other repair companies, and completed the work to a high level of quality. My door has never worked better. Doesn't get any better! The springs on my garage door break suddenly. Trapper came out to assess the problem the day I called, and everything was fixed the next day. He explained very clearly what the problems were and what the options for repair were. I now have essentially a quiet, new, functional garage door and I love it! In the service industry myself, I appreciate the expediency, professionalism, and expertise of Trapper Searles of The Garage Doctor, and would recommend him for any garage door needs.

Excellent Trapper gave me an estimate last week and scheduled installation for today, 4-12-10. He has kept me informed as to the status of my customized door along with the exact time he would arrive for the installation. He was very professional, dependable, and courteous. The door was installed in a timely manner and did an excellent job cleaning up after the project. I would highly recommend him anytime.
