After the concert at Temecula Wine Country Band Festival (5/6/17) a few of the band members decided we would have a few drinks to warm us up and have dinner. We wanted to try some where we never tried. Like all good Americans we checked on Yelp and saw The Gambling Cowboy had very good reviews and we all wanted steak for dinner. The food was Delish but the service was very slow, although we were the only table in the whole place!!! A few men at the bar!

They accomodated 10 people at a table booked for inside, but when we got there it was out on the porch under heaters. Not all were dressed for the cold, so it was uncomfortable. The petite filet was so salty it was almost inedible. Green beans side also covered in salt. One waitress for 10 people wasn't fair as she got pretty surly taking orders.... too much to handle for her. Not her fault, she just was overwhelmed.
