Always our favorite. Delicious food and great service whether it’s for date night, dinner, or brunch. We love it!
We have been going to the Cowboy since it been open for our anniversary dinners. Its was Penfolds before. But believe me its THE best steakhouse around. We have never been disappointed. Service is exceptional.
My wife and I eat all over the world, but always crave The Gambling Cowboy in Temecula. This family owned and operated steak and chop house offers 'the' best flavors we've ever enjoyed. Try the Cap Steak. It's the best.

In one word...AMAZING!!!!! This has become a tradition for me on my birthday and will continue to be! The most amazing food. I tried the Cowgirl kisses for my appetizer and I could of bathed in them! I always get the blackened ribeye. The veggies are to die for! The service was SUPERB!!! This is the BEST restaurant I have ever been to. Hats off to everyone at the gambling cowboy!
Well how do you describe how incredible the food is at this restaurant? The FINEST steaks, and if you've never had their baked potatoes, you need to put it on your bucket list! Staff is so attentive and a great wine list as well. It is one of our favorite restaurants ever, and we have been to many in our lifetime! Put this place on your list!

Loved it ! Can it wait to go back. We had the prime rib, the blackened rib eye and the cowboy Mac and cheese . I high recommend all of it
