My granddaughter drove over an hour to get her hair done for a very important event. She called before hand and had an appointment scheduled, however NO ONE kept the appointment on the other side. So, after driving over an hour-she arrived and then they told her they didn’t have an appointment with her. Even after confirming over the phone. PLUS they offered a discount but it WAS STILL OVERPRICED. Needs better costumer service if you ask me!!!!!!

I had a facial from Alex and it was amazing. 10 out of 10. I’ve had many facials at Med spas and Alex’s facial was better. It was relaxing and she massages my scalp, arms and hands. I highly recommend it. Lisa
Jessica is phenomenal! My hair has always been dry and damaged from years of bleaching, processing, using heat tools without the proper product, etc. Having thin, fine hair I had come to terms with my "normal" hair texture, that was until Jessica worked her magic.
