Leasing office is a total joke. No one knows how to do anything and the leasing manager is always conveniently missing. My application status hasn’t changed for weeks and the original move in date I applied for has long passed. Don’t bother applying, they’re just going to waste your time.
So I went to the comments to first get a feel of what some of the tenants were saying after hearing my mother out. Just for confirmation not to be bias in listening to her or becoming over emotional because this is my mother telling how she feels no comfort in her place . DO NOT LIVE HERE. As a first time D.C resident I was willing to look past a lot. However my apartment A/C being out for a week during 95 degrees weather in July is outrageous. Leasing promised someone would come out and still nothing. I have lived here since February and this is the 5th time my HVAC system has stopped working and I was unable to regulate the temperature in my apartment.
