I just want to take a moment to shout out Kyree, who’s working the front desk and package room today. He’s doing an amazing job handling both roles with such a positive attitude! Even with some rude residents in the building, he always stays professional, friendly, and keeps a smile on his face. I moved out in June. Even though I turned off my power with Pepco, it somehow didn’t register. Somehow they racked up a $500 electrical bill for the month of July in my name. I contacted the leasing office, as clearly someone had left the A/C blasting, lights on, etc. after I moved out to see if they would share the cost. The leasing office ghosted me, I never got a response. Now I have to pay for THEIR mistake
