The front desk team are always warm and friendly, and the few times I have had minor maintenance requests they have been handled swiftly and professionally. As a 6+ year resident of The Franklin Residences, I can attest to the impeccable service from Management to Front desk, to maintenance that keeps the building running and looking beautiful. It is in the best location in Center city, easy to get everywhere. I have always felt secure and safe. The team takes pride in promoting a family feel and neighborliness with activities, while preserving privacy. Wonderfully convenient to have DiBruno Brothers off the lobby. Will never go hungry!! Been living here for 4 years and I haven’t thought about moving out once. Everyone at the franklin (Dave, Megan, Kate, Kevin, Julio, Geno, and Malik) are like my family. Always happy, friendly and very accommodating.
Highest standards of luxury in all aspects 💛
I lived at the Franklin for 9 months while on a corporate assignment. They truly made me feel like I had a family away from home. All of the staff from the management, to the front desk and the valet became like family to me. I miss them all very much. I highly recommend the Franklin and plan to stay there when I visit Philly again.
