I would NOT recommend. I’m a current resident. My washer/dryer has died mid cycle four times since December. This last time it has been a week and a half and it’s still not fixed with no ETA. The empty unit I finally got a key to (for laundry) - wait for it- also has a broken dryer! Maintenance also lost the master key to my apartment. This is beyond ridiculous given the cost of rent. I am very disappointed.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky in the office while staying at my friend's home at The Franklin during my business trip to South Florida. He was wonderful and caring with the tub issue that was submitted. No fuss, just ready to please. The maintenance guy Joe was incredible, he came in right away and made the repair to the tub. He explained that it was a little task and only a minor repair. He was so professional and kind, he explained what he did too.
