Nice staff, but awful place to live, then floors, ceilings and walls(could actually hear the water from a toilet flush, flow down the pipes inside the walls everytime someone went to the bathroom). Lived there 4 long months and to be fare the first 3 months weren't too bad other than the Idaho lineman students constantly slamming doors and partying. The last month was brutal after the Tweekers from hell moved in above us making constant noise and nothing could be done. 3 couples, totalling 6 adults, along with children. Non ... read more
Horrible customer service on a Saturday. Lost a tenant today.
Didn't notify us that there would a 24/7 care living above us along with a college like student with them typical to have 3-4 people In there. Constant stomping at ALL hours. loud base from their music. I know it's apartment living but they should have told us about how much they should not be above someone.
Beautiful new apartment community! The amenity package and interiors are the best in the area!
