Shout out to the leasing agent Melissa Torres who refused to help or even attempt to rectify the situation. I have a very common name but still that is no excuse for getting the wrong person in a background check even with my driver's license and social security number they still somehow managed to screw up! ttn: Potential Tenants This review is based upon my visit to my niece and her family, December 12 2021 to January 12 2022. I have a warning before you sign a lease. Ask the management office about their policy on Pitbulls. There was a pitbull living on my nieces floor, three doors down the hall, . the pitbull attacked my nieces dog one evening . this incident was reported to animal control and management office the next day. Don't do it.. This place is infested with roaches and mice The pool is always under construction due to the ducks and rent always go up when you renew your rent. They say they have a grill never saw it playground is not safe for kids and recreation room please they must mean ducking and diving from gunshots...

The absolute worse, I think this apt complex is more section 8 friendly, mr paying out of pocket gets me out on the shelf, I could write a 5 page essay about the issues but that would take too long. Let’s just say my apartment has leaks, old outdated appliances and cabinets, I don’t smoke yet I’m constantly smelling smoke from the neighbors, random things were broken since I moved in, they go up on the rent EVERYTIME you resign the lease.
