I used the Fork Clinic for weight loss. I was recommend the YOU diet, which was a clean eating anti inflammatory diet. It was for 12 weeks, and I learned a lot about my body and its reaction to food. I am very happy with the results and will continue on with the diet. I have a RENPHO scale at home that gives me the numbers below.
