On my Third Week of this training, all I gotta say is this is a real Gym. If you want to get ripped, have fun and be in a encouraging knowledgeable environment, this is where you want to be. Hands down the best gym in Omaha.
Great workouts. I was only able to go a short time, but could really see the changes my body made in the little time I was able to spend attending Forged Athlete classes.

This gym is freaking awesome. If you are looking for a place to really push your self and see amazing results I highly recommend that you contact Travis. He is a super nice guy and knows his stuff.
Forged is a great gym. Travis and the other trainers there truly care about helping you reach your goals. They also are very focused on making sure you have the correct form so you don't injure yourself and that you get the most out of every workout that you do. Travis helps push you to succeed and get the most out of every workout you do there and he makes it feel like a family atmosphere every time you are there!
