I started the forged father program in April. It has been the best decision for my personal improvement that I’ve ever made. At age 43, this is the first time that I’ve truly made a commitment to be physically better and get in shape. Travis, his coaches and the Forged family have been amazing, and it is shocking how big of strides can be made with commitment to their program.
Best place to work out and go HAM, best coaches and people.
This place is amazing Travis & cody and Ashlee are exactly what I want in a gym !!!

I started the 12 week challenge to lose weight and get in shape, due to recent injuries to my neck and lower back I suffered from a vehicular accident I was not able to continue. I spoke to the owner to cancel and have my money refunded . he was rude to the point where he refused to sign the refund check or fill it out properly. the only good experience I had was the trainer was great, and the members were very supportive. the owner needs to learn a thing or two about professionalism.
