When I started I did it just to lose the weight I had gained through college athletics. I was skeptical as I thought I knew how to workout and eat right. This gym humbled me the first day, but has built me up ever since. The community in this gym is hard to find and I highly recommend it if you want a change. One of the best choices I've made.
The coaches at Forged along with the people who train there have helped me push through boundaries I was never able to do on my own. The great sense comradery, and their focus on technique and form sets them apart from other gyms. I thought I was in good shape before joining Forged, but in only 2 months of being part of the gym all of my main lifts and endurance have skyrocketed.
Hands down a top gym in the Midwest! Everyone is an athlete and strong, this place makes that a reality day in and day out. #forgedstrong

This place changed my life! I couldn't be more happy with my experience at The Forged Athlete! Not only do the trainers do everything possible to support you but the whole Forged Family has your back! I've met more amazing people at this gym than I have in most of my life! I also have seen so many positive changes in myself! I've lost over 20 lbs, have learned so much about nutrition and lifestyle choices, and because of Travis, Andy and Ashlee, I am so much stronger!
