I've really enjoyed living at the Forge for our 2 year lease. My 1 star review is my experience with moving out. In our lease, it specifically has an exit clause, stating that if we want to end our lease before the 27 month lease end date, we would give 30 days notice and forfeit 1 month of additional rent. This was also confirmed with the building's leasing agent at the time, Hardeep. Our son enjoys living here and we love to visit! The amenities are awesome, the staff friendly and welcoming, the building and grounds well maintained and the location so convenient! Inside the unit, the layout, finishes and appliances are fantastic! I love, as a visitor, to be able to go down to the Lounge for a free cup of coffee every morning and to just relax outside our sons apt. I’ve yet to visit during the warm months, but the pool and grilling areas look top notch.
