I enjoy your restaurant but whoever manages your Facebook page & social media should be fired. Your response to a customer's response back in May was worse than anything I'd ever seen before. Customers should be treated with respect and you should have used the complaint as a platform to apologize and clarify the situation instead of ranting at the customer.
Always great! The very few that complain are the same parents that won't or can't control their kids! The disservice is not from The Flying Machine's great owners or staff it's the parents that do not respond to the little ones!
Just enjoyed a wonderful meal at The Flying Machine! First time there for most of our group of 12. The food was delicious and our service was absolutely wonderful! Our waiter even came back out to ask if we had missed ordering for a couple of the kids, which we had since they were so excited going in and out watching the planes! Our birthday celebration was even topped off with a complimentary brownie sundae which was big enough for all to share. A great family outing, and reasonably priced! We'll be back!
This was always my daddy, Mike Lee's favorite place to have dinner when we would visit him from Florida....its been 2 years now since he has passed and my kids still have their Flying Machine shirts. My niece Maris grew up loving this place....A must visit when in Lawrenceville
