Karen packed my customised bouquet just the way I wanted and kept it within a budget at the same time. She is so sweet and paid attention to every detail that I wanted. The flower stayed fresh for a long time.

I had been let down by an online florist who would not deliver to Bendigo on a Saturday, and had failed to mention this during the booking process. A late, last minute call to The Flower Spot saved the day for me! Within two hours of phoning, the flowers were delivered to my sister-in-law and they were exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you very much. A good reason to choose local every time. I'll remember for all the other Bendigo special occasions in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. They went above and beyond to help us at very short notice and were so incredibly kind, compassionate and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to help us. We are so grateful for the kindness and support they showed us during a really difficult time. Truly beautiful customer service and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 🤍

Outstanding service from Karen at The Flower Spot! Placed a last-minute same-day delivery order, and Karen was proactive, communicative, and helpful with substitution options. She even followed up to confirm delivery. My mum loved her flowers! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering again.

Thank you, you never know what you're going to get when you order online! Mum loved her flowers and they looked just like the photos :)
