Every time I've ordered from 1-800-youknowwho, my order has been lost, cancelled, or just never delivered. Finally, enough was enough. I've been using The Flower Shop for the past 5 years exclusively - and NEVER had an issue with delivery. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them. Their website is easy to navigate, so for someone like me who is always busy, I can order anytime. Or, you can always call, and the folks there will be happy to help you out. Very disappointed. I placed a Mother's Day order 3 days in advanced and put specific directions in the comments. I called on Mother's Day in the early afternoon because my mom did not yet receive her flowers. They said that they were waiting on the "fish bowl" and as soon as they got it they would send it out. I called back around 2:00 since she still didn't receieve her flowers and they said that they still didn't have fish bowls. My dad has worked there for many years and our whole family gets flowers there. Fridays are the best day to get roses. And they are always fresh. Just gotta speak loud and clear and know exactly what you want. But to each its own.. I think they are a very good place to get flowers and other gifts
