Orange hair girl at the counter ignored me even when I walked into the store. I looked at her and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Felt completely unwelcome. So I just left. I’m not letting a business like this take my money. Terrible customer service. If you can stomach being treated like trash go here
would give 0 stars if i could. staff couldn’t even be bothered turning around to say hello and had to stand there waiting to even be acknowledged as i really wanted to buy orchids and a few bunches of flowers. won’t return. it’s a shame as if you just had good customer service you could of made a sale.
It’s a nice flower shop. They have got variety of fresh flowers on very genuine price.
Same as others.. Flowers started wilting the next day. Why does this happen? Seems to be a common occurrence. Could the owner please look into this problem? Concerning that the reviews vary from 9months-6 years ago where people are saying that the flowers wilt quickly and yet still no solution? And may I add.. I ordered a beautiful PINK selection of flowers and yet they were mainly filled with GREEN flowers as fillers.
