Despite two reviews describing problems with poor customer service, I gave this florist a chance because my mother had had a good encounter with them. Unfortunately, I join the ranks of those who say they absolutely will shop elsewhere. I had a circumstance which required some problem solving with regard to delivery. My recipient works part time and thus needed to be scheduled either by 1 pm at work or after 1 pm at home. The shop is quaint and lovely and the designer outstanding. Shame on them for allowing poor customer service and extremely rude telephone behavior to ruin an otherwise outstanding florist. As for me, I prefer to spend my money where people are courteous and friendly.
