Great flowers, great pricing, and thoughtful, careful service. On Monday I got an anniversary bouquet for my wife- which was smashing. Later I was outside talking to neighbors, and John- whom I barely know, drove up and handed me a rose. I realized after you left that I shorted you one . We would have likely not noticed, since the 11 were so stunning. Customer for life- and so is my neighborhood- that rose was famous about as neighbors walked past with dogs and repeated the story. In my opinion, this is the best flower shop in the triangle. The customer service is outstanding. Everybody at the Flower Cupboard knows me by name. Their arrangements and roses are to die for. Their slogan, "Nobody has better roses" is certainly the truth. They are the biggest, most beautiful, and most fragrant that Ive ever seen and always, I mean always, open up. I hate to give this rating for The Flower Cupboard after shopping with them for so many years. It is definitely not the same flower shop. Never carried carnations or babys breath, but it does!! When asked about it to the owner, who is the same owner since 96, he was very ugly and sarcastic. I was disgusted with his behavior and what he has done to the Flower Cupboards name. As promised I said I would return and update my review. We arrived at our reception dinner and the flowers I ordered were there, were exactly what I wanted and were absolutely stunning. Excellent service, gorgeous flowers and an overall fantastic experience.
I have been using the services of the flower cupboard for more than 6 years and I have never been disappointed in the arrangments nor the quality of the flowers. These guys are great at what they do!
I have been shopping here for years - the arrangements I have gotten from The Flower Cupboard in Cary have always been stunning! Other people I know have started shopping here after seeing the pieces of work I have bought. (Yes, I mean that wording, to recognize their art.) I have generally had great service and will continue to be a loyal customer.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Flower Cupboard. The flowers are always a beautiful mix, with delicate blooms, always including some flower Ive never seen before. They have a really surprising variety, and they are so fragrant, too! So many flowers these days just have no smell at all. They are my favorite flower shop.
