A different florist missed making my son’s boutonnière on his wedding day, because he didn’t get them for the groomsmen (way too hot for suit coats for an outdoor wedding). I called Shelby’s and they graciously made one on the spot. It looked awesome and matched perfectly. Thank you Shelby’s!!!! Their new shop is huge, full of so many creative things to look at!
We needed to order prom flowers near Mother’s Day weekend and I understand it’s a busy weekend, so some of the floral shops I called were a bit stressed and rude. This one was so nice and helpful, despite being busy, and the arrangements turned out absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!!
The woman on the phone was so polite and professional. I recived conformation very quickly and they fit in my last minute delivery. 10/10 will be calling again.
